Basic Troubleshooting Guide

You can simply troubleshooting network issue by checking the following:

1) Ensure network connectivity is stable

- Check if your phone is connecting a network and the connectivity is stable

2) Clear Cache (Profile picture -> Setting -> Clear cache)

- After cleared cache, please close BIT app and reopen the app

3) Switch Line ( Profile picture -> Setting -> Switch Line)

- Select the preferable line which provide network stability

If you still encounter network issue after troubleshoot with above suggestion, please connect to the customer service or send email to [email protected]

Provide the following information to customer service officer to better check on your situation

1) Open your browser and search https://webapp.bitexch.io/network-test, screenshot the opened page information

2) Provide your phone model and system version

3) Provide your current version

- Check your app current version at ( Profile picture -> Setting -> Version)
