Change Google Authenticator

Step 1. Login into your BIT account and go to the home page, click on top left [More] icon, tap on [Account], select [Security].

Step 2. Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator on your smartphone in order to create a new account within the app.

If you're unable to scan the code, you can manually set up an account with your Google Authenticator by using the Authentication Key provided beside the QR code.

Step 3. enter the time-based 6 digit Pin the app now generated into the field pointed at with the red arrow and click [Change]

No withdrawal actions allowed after resetting Google Authenticator

Lost Phone

When setting up your 2-factor authentication app on your mobile phone, you must note and safely store the provided 16 authentication key, With that key, you can install authenticator to other devices if yours get breaks down or gets lost.
