Why hasn't my deposit been credited?
Updated over a week ago

1. Delayed Block Confirmation

Check if you've entered the correct deposit information and review your transaction status on the blockchain. If your transaction is recorded on the blockchain, verify whether it has reached the required number of confirmations. You will receive your deposit once the required number of confirmations has been met.

If your deposit cannot be found on the blockchain, please contact your platform's customer support for assistance.

2. Deposit Different Cryptos

Before submitting a deposit request, ensure that you have selected a cryptocurrency supported by the platform. Depositing unsupported cryptocurrencies may lead to deposit failure.

3. Incorrect Address and Network

Before submitting a deposit request, confirm that you have selected the correct network supported by the platform. Deposits to incompatible networks can result in failure. Refer here for information on how to check the deposit address.

For example, depositing ETH to a BTC address will lead to deposit failure.

If you encounter issues, reach out to our customer support via online chat or email at [email protected] for assistance.

4. Incorrect or Missing Tag/Memo/Comment

Some cryptocurrencies require a memo, tag, or comment to be included with your deposit. This information can be found on the BIT deposit page.

If a tag is required, enter it in the Tag field on the platform's deposit page. If you cannot find the Tag field, contact the platform’s customer support for assistance.

Note: Entering an incorrect or missing tag can lead to deposit failure. If you need help, contact our customer support via online chat or email at [email protected].

5. Deposit to Wrong Addresses

Verify that you have selected the correct deposit address from the BIT wallet page before submitting your deposit request. Deposits made to incorrect addresses may result in loss of funds.

6. Failure to Meet Minimum Deposit Amount

Ensure that you deposit at least the minimum amount specified on the BIT deposit page. Deposits below this minimum may result in loss of funds.
