Redemption Fees

Redemption fee (for Square Options Tokens) = Redeemed Quantity * Settlement Price of the Underlying * Delivery Rate * Token Multiplier

Redemption Rate:

0.15% (This fee will not exceed 12.5% of the value of the options token)

Example: A user holds 99.95 BTC²UP, which are BTC bullish square options tokens. The settlement price at expiration is 51,007.92, and it's in the money. Therefore, the redemption fee paid by the user when redeeming USDT profits is:

99.95 * 51,007.92 * 0.15% * 0.01 = 76.47 USDT
