How to create a Sub-Account?

1. On the right side of the navigation bar [Main Account], click [Create a Sub-Account]

When creating a sub-account, you need to set the profile name of the sub-account. Login account name can be changed after creating a sub-account.

How to set Sub-Account authority?

On the sub-account page [Management], click [···] - [Authority Settings] to enable or disable the sub-account permissions.

How to Transfer Assets?

The main account has absolute control over all sub-accounts. It can "freeze" and "unfreeze" all functions of the sub-accounts at any time. It can also directly change the login pin of its sub-accounts.

On the right side of the page【Over All】, you can click 【Transfer】 to manage the allocation of assets among the main account and all sub-accounts. You can do instant and free fund transfers between any two accounts.

Click [Transfer] in the navigation bar [Main Account] to transfer assets between any two accounts, that is, the transfer between the main account and the sub-account, and between the sub-account and the sub-account. Assets transfers arrive instantly with no fees.

How to log into a Sub-Account?

Before log in into a sub-account, set up the email, GA and password for the sub-account at [Management]

After done setting up. You can now log in with the login name and password of the sub-account.

How to deposit to sub-account?

On-chain deposit is supported. You can log in to the sub-account on the web page, visit [Assets] page, and select the cryptocurrency and protocol that need to be deposited. Click here to view the deposit tutorial.

Additional Notes:

  1. Sub-accounts do not need to go through the KYC process; it automatically inherits the KYC level of the parent account.

  2. Sub-accounts support on-chain deposits but do not support withdrawals

  3. The fee structure of sub-accounts is the same as that of the main account.

  4. The API limit and other configurations for sub-accounts will be set separately.

  5. The commission on sub-accounts will also be calculated as the commission on the main account. Example: If A invites B, and B opens 3 sub-accounts, the transaction fees of B's main account and his 3 sub-accounts will be included in the rebate to A.
