Identity authentication includes Basic Authentication and Advanced Authentication.

Please note that due to regulatory and compliance requirements, BIT currently does not support servicing customers in these countries or regions.

1) Click on "Unverified" on the Home Page, then click on "Basic Verify Now"

2) Enter your country and document type

3) Scan the documents for authentication

Note: When taking photos of documents, in order to ensure smooth review, please ensure that your document information is clearly visible, without alteration and the document is not damaged.

4) Submit facial recognition for authentication, and your submission will be successful

1) If you close the window by mistake before completing the verification, please wait for the review results before re-verifying or contact customer service

2) If you still fail to pass the authentication after trying multiple times, please contact customer service.

​[Advanced Certification]

1) After completing Basic Verification, you may proceed with Advanced Certification

2) Please fill in your residential address and upload supporting documents according to the prompts on the page

After successful submission, we will provide feedback within 1 business day. Please check your text message and email regularly.
