BIT supports Maker (MKR) Token swap, Redenomination, and Rebranding to Sky (SKY)

Updated yesterday

Dear BIT Users,

BIT will support the Maker (MKR) token swap, redenomination, and rebranding to Sky (SKY).

To support the changes, BIT will suspend Maker (MKR)deposit and withdrawal services on 2025-09-12, 12:00 (UTC+8) and delist Maker (MKR) spot trading pair in due time. We will list Sky (SKY) spot trading pairs in due course and provide details in a separate announcement.

Please Note:

Spot

  • Please cancel any open orders before the trading pair is delisted.

  • After the delisting, any open spot orders for the corresponding trading pair will be automatically canceled by the system.

  • If you have an active RMM strategy for corresponding trading pairs, the strategy will also be automatically terminated by the system.

  • If you have any questions, please contact BIT's online customer support. We provide 24/7 online service.

  • The ticker will be updated from MKR to SKY after the swap has been completed.

  • All MKR tokens will be swapped to SKY at a ratio of 1 MKR = 24,000 SKY.

  • Deposits and withdrawals will be reopened once the network is confirmed to be stable.

Perpetual

  • BIT will close all positions and conduct an automatic settlement on the MKR/USDTperpetual contracts at 2025-09-04 12:00 (UTC+8).

  • The contract will then be changed from MKR/USDT to SKY/USDT.

Thank you for your support!
